SORRY WRONG SECTION, BUT I CAN'T MOVE

Hello,

 
i've order some samples for my project before by Ebay
i want to order others but in Ebay Dig-ole showing "seller doesn't shipping to TURKEY"
is that true? WHY?
 
if you sending to Turkey how can i order?
Can i order from here?
i did my prototypes with this oled panels, i have to use them, i don't want to change

 We already add your id on the exception list now, you can order it from ebay.
