I created 10 identical devices with 1.8 OLED displays.

7 of them are working as expected... 3 of them have an erratic behaviour, interpreting commands in a funny way.

I posted two videos on youtube, one having the expected behaviour, one with the buggy display, source code is the same, running on an arduino compatible board in I2C.

Can you see any difference on the module's PCB?

Compared your  2 videos, the "not working" one has different contents on the screen, what I saw on the bottom is: "Trsf:1" first, then "Trsf:-1", but the "good one" was different.
