migrating a project from the old Hi-Tech  PICC18 Compiler to the Microchip XC8 compiler, 

i already have set the XC8 linker with 'additional options' -> codeoffset to 4000h, but always get the error message on display '8wrong range in bootloader'

has anyone found the right settings to protect the bootloader etc. ? any help would be appreciated
